Our facility is complete with vacuum pressure impregnation tanks, a fully loaded manual machine shop, clean winding room, baking and burnout ovens, and a variety of rolling stock with a maximum capability of 120,000 lbs. With our Trumpf Trumatic 3200 Plus laser CNC machine, we have the ability to easily design and program our own laminations, junction boxes, base plates, air boxes and much more. With our manufacturing and engineering capabilities, we have created our own custom made electric motors from paper to application.

We are proud to offer the latest and greatest in offline and online testing capabilities. Every motor that leaves our facility is provided with a complete battery of tests in compliance with IEEE standards. Machines provided with a warranty are also provided with a complete test package inclusive of performance characteristics, starting curves and thermal limiti curves.
We continuously seek newer and better ways to provide you with the best possible product. Our offline dielectric testing capabilities are inclusive of AWA12 winding analysis via polarization index, D.C. Hipot, and Surge Comparison carried out to thier appropriate IEEE specifications. We have also incorporated VLF (Very Low Frequency) A.C. withstand and power factor tip up testing for medium and high voltage insulation systems.
Our test stand is custom built by our team of in house engineers and is designed to carry out a numerous tests in IEEE std. 112 including no load saturation, loss segregation, low frequency imedance testing, locked rotor testing, acceleration testing, vibration analysis, and temperature testing. We are currently able to perform heatruns by direct loading, superimposed frequency and forward short circuit methods. We also calibrate electric motors for pump tests.

At the beginning of November, we were approached by JX Nippon Mining & Metals Co., Ltd., a Japanese based copper mining company, with the news that one of their 12,000HP, 1200 RPM, 6.9 KV synchronous compressor motors had failed in their oxygen plant that was running in Japan’s largest copper smelter.
The entire process included a complete electrical and mechanical engineering evaluation, machine work on journals and shaft, mechanical modifications, assembly, testing per IEEE 115, and all logistics from our plant in Okmulgee, Oklahoma to Tokyo, Japan. We were able to turn the job around in just over one week's time, and the plant is now fully operational.
